Classic Dance Club

Our dance schedule for the 2008-2009 dance season:

All of our dances take place at the Royal Canadian Legion (606 Spadina Cres. West.). The dance lesson begins at 7:45p.m., with the dance proper going from 8:30p.m. until 12:00 midnight. Admission is $12/person for members and $17/person for non-members. Dress code is semi-formal. (No jeans, please.) We hope to see you out dancing!

Get Your Membership Before September 30, 2008 and Save!

Members who purchase their 2008/09 Classic Dance Club membership early will save! That is right, if you purchase your 2008/09 Classic Dance Club membership by September 30, 2008, you will receive $5 off the membership rate and you will be eligible to attend all dances this year for the discounted member rate of $12 per dance. That is a savings of $50 over the non-member admission prices for the year, if you attend all dances.

Attention Students!

A reminder that admission rates for students is at the regular member price of $12. You will need to show your student card (which must be current, valid, and from any post-secondary institution) in order to qualify for this discounted rate.


Halloween Dance - Friday, November 7, 2008

Join us for a spooktacular evening of Halloween music, treats and dancing! There will be a costume parade with a prize for the best costume, female and male, as well as a couple of surprises throughout the evening. No advance tickets needed.

Procrastinator's New Year's Eve Ball - Friday, January 2, 2009

Are you going to miss out on the New Year's Eve festivities? No worries. Ring in the New Year with the Classic Dance Club, just a couple days later on January 2nd. The evening will consist of a dance lesson, dancing and a light lunch with noisemakers and hats to be given out at midnight. No advance tickets needed.
